Airdrie Christian Youth Group aims to be a community where students in grades 7 -12 can explore their faith in a safe and caring environment. We want all youth to feel they can come as they are and be encouraged each week. We desire to create a space where youth can ask tough questions and dig deeper into a relationship with God.

Our Saturday evenings will include connecting and group conversation, bible study, snacks, games and more.

Meet Our Leaders

Youth Leader

Pastor Tim Bridges and his wife Sharon

Pastor Tim Bridges received the call to ministry in 2016 while on a work and witness trip in Guadalajara, Mexico. He felt God call him into evangelism or church revitalization. In January 2017, he received his local licence with the church of the Nazarene. Since then, he has volunteered in youth and young adult ministry and has performed pulpit supply throughout southern Alberta. In October 2022, He was appointed interim pastor of Airdrie Family Life Church, and on April 1, 2023, he became the permanent lead pastor. He is married to Sharon, and they have three teenagers 14,16, and 18. Pastor Tim is extremely honoured to participate in this ministry.

This youth group is affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene, a global church with more than 30,000 congregations in 164 world areas.
